Efficient and organized crew. Honestly, I reckon that was the simplest deal I’ve ever done for a loan.

Filling out the application online was a breeze. Andy Goldman really knew his stuff and was super professional. He laid out all my choices and the whole process in a way that made it easy for me to decide.

This is a follow-up to my review from January 19, 2023, regarding my not-so-great experience with OnDeck. They reached out to me to discuss my situation again. The Loan Supervisor who got in touch was super professional and really sorry about what happened. She clarified that the customer service rep I spoke with should've escalated my issue instead of insisting he was correct. OnDeck refunded around 46% of my total interest payment within a week of starting the process. Even though the loan's interest rate is still pretty steep, my main issue was with the agreed reduction in interest payments. Overall, I'm pleased with how my complaint was addressed quickly and effectively.

Right from the get-go, OnDeck has been easy to reach and quick to respond. They really seem to care about making things smooth for us. OnDeck also showed a strong desire to collaborate with our business to deliver the solution we were keen on, showing that they’re the kind of funding partner we can develop a lasting and significant relationship with. This was our initial experience with OnDeck.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY DON'T EVEN PICK UP THEIR PHONES. EVEN IF YOU PAY OFF A LOAN AND HAPPEN TO OVERPAY, THEY HOLD YOUR CASH HOSTAGE!!! A WIRE TRANSFER CAN BE DONE THE SAME DAY IT'S PROCESSED, BUT THEY LIE AND CLAIM IT TAKES 7-14 DAYS!!! THAT'S JUST RIDICULOUS!

NOBODY RETURNS YOUR CALLS, AND YOUR ASSIGNED REP IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

JUST CHANGE THE NAME FROM ONDECK TO MADOFF!

THEN IT WOULD MAKE WAY MORE SENSE!!!

I’ve never encountered a better experience than this. It’s always been tough to get financing, but On Deck simplified the whole process from beginning to end. Thanks a bunch!
